What to expect during a Colonics Treatment
If you've never had colon hydrotherapy before, it's natural to feel a little unsure about what happens. At your first visit, Sharon takes time to talk through your health history and what you're hoping to get from treatment, so the session is tailored to you rather than one-size-fits-all. Filtered water is introduced gently under low, controlled pressure, aided by massage and breathing techniques to help the colon soften and release. You're comfortable and covered throughout, and the whole process — including time to talk before and after — takes around an hour and a half.
Most clients describe the sensation as gentle rather than painful: you may notice some pressure or cramping as your bowel begins to move, but Sharon checks in with you throughout and works at a pace that feels comfortable. Afterwards, many people feel lighter and less bloated, and some feel a little tired as the body settles — it's worth drinking plenty of water, keeping meals light, and taking it easy for the rest of the day.

The Willow Herbal Centre
The Willow Herbal Centre in Harold Wood, Romford, Essex, was founded in 2002 with the aim of providing a selection of complementary therapists who would work together in a natural calming environment to help heal the mind, body and spirit of everyone who came for treatment.
The Willow Herbal Centre is located in Harold Wood, Romford, Essex and is easily accessible by rail, bus and road. The centre is a three minute walk from Harold Wood Station and has parking space at the front and side for clients.
As well as my Colon Hydrotherapy Clinic, there are many complementary and alternative therapies available from the centre including:
